Number one handicap hole! A
drive over the rock in the middle of the sand trap some 225 yards
out into the center of the fairway is perfect. (Note: Fairway only
15 yards wide here) No margin for error on this hole. The green lies at
the end of a very narrow tree lined fairway and for any hope of a birdie
you must be on line with the fairway center. The green has two level
and drops 6 feet from back to front. You must take it to the pin for any
possibility of a birdie. A league once played the entire year here without
a birdie on this hole.
